Are you passionate about driving process excellence and service improvement? We're seeking an ITSM Leader to champion the development, optimization, and adoption of ITSM processes aligned with ITIL and our organizational goals. In this role, you'll establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to foster transparency, accountability, and continuous quality improvement (CQI) across IT services.

You'll collaborate cross-functionally to refine core ITSM processes--Incident, Problem, Change, and Request--ensuring they're well-documented and consistently executed. As the primary process owner, you'll lead initiatives to identify inefficiencies, implement automation, and scale service delivery.

Desired Skills and Experience:

ITSM (IT Service Manager) experience
Background with ITIL
Experience establishing KPI's
Must be able to work in US without sponsorship
Must be living in Milwaukee area currently
