Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: PS100,000+ (flexible depending on experience)

Overview:

Mason Frank is proud to be partnering with a prestigious Insurance firm headquartered in London to recruit a Salesforce Technical Architect. This is a high-impact, hands-on architectural role that sits at the heart of their digital transformation journey, with Salesforce and Mulesoft as core technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions across multiple workstreams.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
Provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Drive integration strategies using MuleSoft and contribute to the broader enterprise architecture.
Support the migration journey to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - prior GCP experience is a strong advantage.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, particularly within Financial Services.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect in complex enterprise environments.
Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce and MuleSoft.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate at senior levels.
Hands on Salesforce Development experience + Salesforce Developer Certs
Experience in highly regulated Financial Services environments; Insurance sector experience is a bonus.
Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is highly desirable but not essential.
Passionate about delivering robust, scalable solutions in a collaborative team setting
