About The Job

We are looking to strengthen our central IT department! As an IT Analyst, you play a crucial role in the analysis and implementation of IT projects within the Pollet Group. You will specialize in assigned domains - from ERP implementations and master data platforms to webshop integrations and reporting tools - and translate business needs into concrete digital solutions.

Your Role

You gain in-depth understanding of business processes and how our colleagues work.
You translate their needs into clear functional analyses.
You prepare analysis dossiers and discuss them with developers.
You follow up with developers, test solutions, and write test scenarios.
You provide documentation, create manuals, and train users or support staff.
You support the project manager with continuous feedback and coordination.
You provide second-line advice within your domain and work closely with support.

Profile

You have (initial) experience as an analyst or functional consultant in software implementations.
You can produce functional analyses and understand how to guide developers.
You hold a master's degree or combine knowledge and experience at a comparable level.
You are analytical, pragmatic, and results-oriented, with strong prioritization skills.
You enjoy learning new tools and gaining expertise in ERP environments.
You communicate clearly and fluently in Dutch and English.
You are willing to travel occasionally to our European subsidiaries.

About The Company

Pollet Group has operations in 17 countries and is active in 3 segments: the water treatment sector, the swimming pool industry and the medical industry. Pollet Water Group combines 30 companies active in water treatment. Pollet Pool Group covers the pool builder market with 9 distribution companies and 2 manufacturers. Pollet Medical Group consists of 6 medical oriented companies. Together the group has about 2000 employees. Our IT department provides worldwide support to all companies of the Pollet Group. This includes also the implementation of the new ERP-software (MS Dynamics 365 F&SCM), a new CRM (MS Dynamics CRM), the set-up of mobile applications, specific customized software, etc. The Pollet IT team has a total of about 30 employees, operates from Bissegem and Waregem and joins forces in the IT organization.
