Position Overview
As a Business Associate, you will leverage your experience, professional network, and business acumen to connect clients with funding, investment, and acquisition opportunities. You will act as an advisor, strategist, and deal facilitator--helping entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners achieve their financial and growth objectives.
This position is ideal for individuals with experience as business owners or consultants seeking to apply their networks toward investment and growth opportunities, or professionals from Corporate America ready to pivot into a more entrepreneurial, flexible, and community-oriented career.
This is a 100% commission-based position with unlimited earning potential, bonus opportunities, and future management possibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Funding: Assist business owners in identifying and securing funding solutions including SBA loans, working capital, lines of credit, and private equity options.
- Investment Real Estate Funding: Support real estate investors in financing for owner-occupied, construction, rental, refinancing, and bridge loan projects.
- Business Brokerage: Guide clients through buying or selling businesses, managing all phases from screening through closing.
- Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
- Team Collaboration: Work with Prominent Strategic Capital's team for marketing, analysis, and professional development.
Skills & Qualifications
- Background in Business Brokerage, Banking, Real Estate, Financial Advisory, CPA, Project Management, or Business Ownership.
- Understanding of business finance, capital structures, and deal flow.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial drive and professional presence.
Education & Experience
Education: Associate or bachelor's Degree (Preferred, not required)
Experience: 2+ years in sales or management (Preferred)
Compensation
Commission-Based (Estimated $100,000+ annually)
