Job Specifications

Role: Lead Enterprise Architect - Requirements & Architecture

Experience: Minimum 10 years

Location: Norfolk, VA, USA

Security Clearance: Secret (or equivalent national level)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct business, application, and technology architecture analysis and modelling using professional tools such as Sparx, ARIS, and BizzDesign.
Develop architectures based on frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, DoDAF, or UAF.
Identify gaps, dependencies, and impact related to capabilities to support strategic decision-making.
Present complex architectures and business models to technical and non-technical audiences.
Support elicitation, analysis, version, and traceability of capability requirements throughout their lifecycle.
Maintain architectural artefacts with version and configuration control.
Provide mentoring and training in architecture and requirement management practices.
Organize and participate in stakeholder workshops and international collaboration events.
Support change management, configuration, and requirements governance activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of recent experience in enterprise architecture development across business, application, and technology layers.
Proven expertise in architecture frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, DoDAF, or similar, with proficiency in ArchiMate notation.
Strong skills in modelling tools such as Sparx EA, ARIS, or BizzDesign.
Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical information for various stakeholders.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
