Wonder Grip(r) is a global leader in premium protective gloves, supplying distributors, retailers, and builders' merchants worldwide. We are proud to be the creators of the world's first Net Zero Glove Range and hold over 39 global patents. Our focus on innovation, sustainability, and design has established us as a disruptor in the PPE industry.
Due to rapid growth in the UK market, we are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team and support our expansion. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for marketing to grow their career with an ambitious, forward-thinking company.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow Wonder Grip's UK social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Support the Marketing Manager with marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and day-to-day activities.
Contribute to the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and content creation.
Assist with the preparation of promotional materials such as brochures, catalogues, sales sheets, and presentations.
Help shape brand storytelling and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
Provide on-the-ground support at events, including content capture and merchandising.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, suggesting improvements and new ideas.
Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house) - 1 year preferred.
A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with tools such as BeeFree, Canva, Adobe, or social scheduling platforms is an advantage.
A self-starter who is proactive, adaptable, reliable, and keen to develop their skills.
