Job Specifications

Due to expansion, a successful prop trading firm is recruiting graduate quantitative traders.

You'll learn from the head of quantitative trading, who joined the business as a graduate himself and built out the desk. No prior experience is required. This is a firm with a track record of giving graduates a chance. From day one, you'll be eligible for the half-year bonus scheme.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and support live trading activities.
Develop and implement new strategies.
Analyse market events, risk, and model performance.

Ideal Candidate:

Degree: Computer Science/Mathematics/Physics.
Excellent Python skills. C# /C++ advantageous.
A passion to break into trading.

Hours:

This is an office-based role working on average 7am - 6pm.
You must be prepared to work evenings when required.

Salary:

Starting salary: PS30k - PS35k.
100% bonus achievable within 6 months.

Not Suitable For:

Those with prior experience who expect a salary to match.
Those looking for a hybrid working 9-5 role.

Interview Process:

1st round: MS Teams interview with head of quantitative trading.
2nd round: On-site technical interview (Python & maths test).
Final round: In-person culture fit interview with a director.
