Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AI Engineering Lead located in London. The AI Engineering Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of AI solutions, managing AI projects, leading a team of engineers, and ensuring best practices in AI development. Day-to-day tasks will include designing and implementing AI models, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing technical guidance to team members.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in AI and machine learning algorithms, and model development
Experience with data analysis, data engineering, and data visualization
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and R
Experience in project management, team leadership, and agile methodologies
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
Effective communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience in the consultancy industry is a plus
