Head of Technology | PS180,000 + benefits | London or Edinburgh | Hybrid (3 days in office)

A leading UK asset manager is hiring a Head of Technology to drive a major transformation under new leadership. This is a rare opportunity to elevate technology from a support function to a true enabler of growth and innovation.

Reporting to the COO, you'll lead a talented team across infrastructure, software development, enterprise security, architecture, and business analysis -- shaping the technology strategy and building the governance, structure, and culture needed to deliver it.

You'll join an organisation with a collaborative culture, a clear roadmap, and a flat structure that gives you genuine influence at the top table.

What you'll do

Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary technology function
Deliver a modern, scalable, and secure technology environment
Strengthen governance, delivery discipline, and measurement of outcomes
Oversee key transformation priorities -- including CRIMS optimisation, AWS/Azure adoption, and O365/SharePoint modernisation
Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Committee on innovation and risk

What we're looking for

Senior technology leadership experience within asset management or adjacent financial services
Proven track record of leading change and improving delivery performance
Broad understanding of infrastructure, application development, and enterprise security
Familiarity with CRIMS or similar investment management systems
Collaborative, business-focused leadership style
