Browser Software Developer (React & TypeScript Focus -- Tech Lead Role)

performance, and clean architecture. As our Browser UI Tech Lead, you'll help shape the
technical direction of our front-end stack, lead browser developers, and contribute hands-on
to delivering elegant, high-performance browser interfaces.
What You'll Do
* Design, develop, and maintain browser-based user interfaces using React and TypeScript
* Write high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code -- this is a hands-on development role
* Lead and mentor browser developers, guiding them through technical challenges, reviews,
and best practices
* Translate UI/UX designs from Figma into responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect
components
* Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver
exceptional user experiences
* Define and maintain front-end architecture, coding standards, and reusable UI patterns
* Integrate RESTful APIs and manage asynchronous data flows in the UI
* Ensure performance, accessibility, and reliability across browsers and devices
* Implement and maintain end-to-end tests using Cypress to ensure consistent, stable
releases
* Participate in technical planning, architecture discussions, and team-wide code reviews
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years of professional experience building production-quality web applications
* Deep expertise in React and TypeScript -- our primary technology stack
* Proven experience leading or mentoring developers in front-end or browser UI development
* Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
* Proficiency in Cypress for automated end-to-end testing
* Hands-on experience with CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or Bootstrap
* Experience working with Figma for design implementation
* Familiarity with client-side state management (Context API, Redux, or similar)
* Proficiency with modern tooling (npm, Webpack, Git)
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
* A balance of technical depth and people leadership, with a passion for both coding and
guiding others
Nice to Have
* Familiarity with Jest or React Testing Library
* Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG/a11y)
* Experience building reusable UI components, component libraries, or design systems
* Background in performance optimization and front-end architecture
