Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Cloud Operations Manager to join their team! This position is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Duties:

Ensure strategic planning develop long term cloud strategies align with business goals including migration and innovation roadmaps
Mentor and guide cloud operations teams toward technical excellence
Monitor and troubleshoot system availability through proactive monitoring and incident response
Enhance application performance for low latency and high availability
Monitor cloud spend and identify cost saving opportunities
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements
Identify and mitigate infrastructure vulnerabilities
Align cloud operations with cross functional business objectives
Coordinate with AWS and third party vendors to optimize service delivery

Desired Skills/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
5+ years managing AWS environments and leading cloud teams
Deep knowledge of AWS services, cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting
Proficiency in Jira and Microsoft Excel
AWS Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or DevOps Engineer (preferred)
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Confident and professional demeanor

The approximate pay range for this position is between $47.00 and $68.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
