Full Stack Engineer

They are now seeking a Full Stack Engineer to help scale their platform and shape its technical foundation. This role is based in London, with 3 days per week in the office.

What You'll Be Doing

Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs in Python
Architecting scalable, high-performance systems to support global growth
Leading technical discussions and collaborating with product, frontend, and data teams
Writing clean, efficient, and secure code, supported by automated testing
Contributing to technical stack decisions, tooling, and best practices
Troubleshooting and resolving complex backend challenges
Playing a key role in shaping the engineering culture of a fast-growing startup

What They're Looking For

Strong backend & frontend engineering experience (Python & React)
Solid understanding of scalable server-side architecture and system design
Experience deploying cloud-based solutions
Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical skills
