Freybe(r) Gourmet Foods is seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to lead the development and execution of strategies that elevate our brand presence across retail and foodservice channels.
This role is essential in bridging the execution of the marketing and sales plans, ensuring our products shine across channels and customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with brand and sales goals
Drive retail execution through promotions, merchandising, and seasonal campaigns
Manage trade promotions and co-branded initiatives
Analyze sales data and shopper insights to optimize performance
Support product lifecycle transitions with tailored trade strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, Category, and Supply Chain teams
Oversee trade marketing budgets and ROI tracking
Build strong relationships with key retail partners
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, ideally in CPG or food industry
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proficiency in Nielsen/IRI, Excel, and CRM tools
Passion for food and a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset
Annual Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000
