This role is crucial for our operations, focusing on transportation management, inventory control, and customer service, ensuring our high service standards are fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Building loads in our Transportation management system
Scheduling appointments and deliveries
Communication with internal stakeholders
Reconciliation of invoices
Supporting inventory management
Responding to customer inquiries
Processing invoices, using customer portals, and processing credits

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Excel and other data entry tools
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with a natural curiosity for how things work

Salary range: $20-$25 an hour
