Change Lead - Highways, Transport & Infrastructure (Digital Transformation)
I'm working with a public sector organisation undergoing a digital transformation in its highways and infrastructure services. They're looking for a Change Lead to support the rollout of a new asset management platform and embed new BAU processes across the organisation. The successful candidate will lead change management activities, support teams through organisational transition, and apply business analyst-style techniques to ensure process automation and operational efficiency.
Key Experience Required:
Significant experience delivering change management initiatives in highways, transport, or infrastructure environments
Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects, including business process automation and redesign
Experience embedding new BAU processes and supporting teams through organisational change
Analytical mindset with skills similar to a business analyst (eg process mapping, requirements gathering)
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all organisational levels
