This role involves providing comprehensive video and photo coverage for the Sina expo in Paris. The selected freelancer will be responsible for capturing high-quality footage and images throughout the event, ensuring all key moments and highlights are documented. The project requires on-site presence in Paris for one to two days, working closely with the event organizer to deliver professional visual content suitable for post-event marketing and personal use.

Deliverables

Capture high-resolution video and photos during the Sina expo in Paris
Document key moments, speakers, and event highlights
Provide a curated selection of edited photos and video clips post-event
Ensure timely delivery of all final assets in agreed formats
Collaborate with the event organizer to understand specific coverage needs

Requirements

Proven experience in event videography and photography
Proficiency with professional camera equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom)
Strong portfolio demonstrating previous event coverage
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently on-site
Availability in Paris for the full duration of the event (1-2 days)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality visual content
