We're seeking a Software Engineer (Infrastructure and Integrations) to drive the platform that underlies our next-generation Cognitive Process Automation (CPA) and Cognitive Document Processing (CDP).

What You'll Do

Alongside senior leadership, design and maintain platform integrations: building and improving internal/external APIs, connecting Syncura's platform into client and partner ecosystems
Collaborate directly with client engineering teams to scope, deploy, and support integrations in production environments
Design, implement, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure using Terraform to support scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient product deployments.
Maintain and improve MLOps pipelines to ensure smooth deployment, monitoring, and scaling of AI models in production
Serve as a technical point of contact for client integration projects, translating requirements into robust, maintainable platform solutions

What We're Looking For

2-4 years' experience in backend development and cloud infrastructure (Python, Terraform, or similar tools)
Solid foundation in building and integrating APIs (REST, GraphQL) within cloud-native environments
Strong communication and problem-solving skills in client-facing technical contexts
Enjoy uncovering challenges and working with the team and clients to craft effective, scalable solutions for both infrastructure and integrations
Based in either Ontario or Quebec
