Avanciers is hiring Java/Spark Developer at Toronto, ONfor one of our Fortune 500 clients. This is a Fulltime Role with the client. Benefits will be covered by the Client.

Job Title: Java/Spark Developer

Location: Toronto, ON

Fulltime role

Job Summary:

Experience level - 6 to 9 years
Hands on development experience in Java, Spring Boot, Rest APIs.

3. Experience with Apache Spark / Scala, Spark SQL, and related Spark ecosystem tools and libraries.

4. Hands-on development building spark applications using Scala

5..Knowledge of Big data technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, distributed computing frameworks for large-scale data processing.

6.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

7.Knowledge or experience in the use of GIT/BitBucket, Gradle,Jenkins, Jira, Confluence or a similar tool(s) for building Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

8.Technical working experience in an agile environment.
