Position Summary

How long will it last? 6 months

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources.

Your Responsibilities:

Assist the HR Business Partner with various HR initiatives and projects, mainly in following focus areas : diversity & inclusion, long-term career opportunities, people management development, well-being
Support the Customer Facing Trainer in preparing training materials, organizing training sessions in our Learning Management System and handling training administration, focusing on onboarding and sustainability
Help with the preparation of HR reports and presentations
Support on internal communication
Research on best practices and provide recommendations

What will make you successful ?

You are currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and are fluent in French and or Dutch
You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
You have strong interpersonal skills, able to easily connect with other people
You pay attention to detail, are very organised and able to handle confidential information
We value individuals who are genuine and true to themselves, who have a positive attitude and are willing to learn
