Head of Business Analysis - Specialty InsuranceOur client, a leading specialty London Market insurer is hiring a Head of Business Analysis, this is is a senior leadership role responsible for driving strategic change across international regions. Working closely with IT, the COO office, and key stakeholders, the role ensures initiatives are backed by strong analysis and clear outcomes. It demands deep insurance and underwriting expertise, sharp analytical and communication skills, and the ability to lead change in a dynamic, regulated environment.

You'll thrive in this role if you:
Have extensive experience delivering complex change across portfolios & programmes
Are skilled in leading business analysis teams from business case through to delivery
Understand the Lloyd's market with deep knowledge of insurance and underwriting
Have demonstrable experience of stakeholder management including C-suite & executive committees
Ideally have qualifications in insurance (eg. ACII), finance (eg. CIMA), business analysis (eg. BCS) & process improvement (eg. Lean Six Sigma)
This position is offered as a permanent role. The successful candidate will be expected to work onsite in the London office 5 days per week to support collaboration and effective delivery. Offices are based in London, and successful candidates should ideally be able to start within 3 months.
