We're looking for a Head of Growth to lead our go-to-market strategy, build scalable acquisition systems, and drive measurable, predictable growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in startup environments, loves experimentation, and can turn vision into traction.

What You'll Do

Lead the strategy and execution of an integrated, multi-channel growth program across paid, organic, partnerships, and influencer channels.
Drive all user acquisition, conversion, and retention initiatives across the funnel -- from awareness to expansion.
Develop and own B2B SaaS go-to-market strategy, blending performance marketing, SEO, content, and partnerships.
Oversee ad strategy, creative testing, and performance optimization across platforms.
Build and execute an ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategy to identify and win key accounts.
Experiment relentlessly -- design and run a continuous growth experimentation pipeline to test new ideas, channels, and creative.
Partner with Product, Sales, and Leadership to align growth efforts with product roadmap and market positioning.
Build the marketing tech stack and analytics foundation -- attribution, dashboards, reporting, and decision-making frameworks.
Establish clear KPIs and growth metrics, track campaign performance, and drive insights-based iteration.
Collaborate closely with Sales to drive qualified pipeline and ensure smooth handoffs from marketing to revenue.

Strategic and Hands-On: You can build a GTM plan from the ground up, but you're also ready to roll up your sleeves and execute.
Growth-Obsessed: You think in experiments, funnels, and data -- always hunting for scalable levers.
Full-Funnel Thinker: You understand paid, organic, partnerships, influencers, SEO, and content strategy -- and how they all fit together.
Analytical: You're fluent in data, attribution, and ROI. You know how to make decisions that balance efficiency with long-term brand growth.
Collaborative: You thrive in small, high-trust teams. You lead cross-functionally and build alignment quickly.
AI-Curious (or Fluent): You understand (or are eager to learn) how AI models work, experiment with new tools, and stay ahead of emerging trends.
Experienced: 7+ years in growth, marketing, or GTM leadership roles -- ideally in B2B SaaS or AI/tech startups.
