Job Specifications

Fincons is looking for a DevSecOps Engineer

Main tasks:

* Design and manage CI/CD pipeline templates and reusable components using GitLab.

* Integrate security throughout the software development lifecycle, including automated security testing.

* Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for cloud resource provisioning.

* Collaborate with developers, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth development and production workflows.

Requirements

Languages

* English B2 is required

Technical expertise

* GitLab CI/CD pipelines - 5+ years

* Docker & Kubernetes - 4+ years

* Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) - 3+ years

* Terraform (IaC) - 3+ years

* Secure SDLC practices - 3+ years

* Monitoring & observability in CI/CD - 2+ years

Certifications:

One of:

* Certified DevSecOps Professional (CDP)

* DevSecOps Practitioner

* AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional

* Microsoft DevOps Engineer Expert

Experience

* Preferably Master's Degree + 5 years of experience

Work location: Brussels - Belgium

Hybrid, 2 days per week in office - 3 days smart working
