Job Title: Salesforce Developer / Administrator
Locations: Dallas, TX | Des Moines, IA | Cedar Rapids, IA
Work Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer / Administrator to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a solid understanding of business processes, delivering high-quality and efficient solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Flows.
Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Manage Salesforce security and access controls, including profiles, roles, and permission sets.
Perform data modeling, data migration, and optimize queries with SOQL/SOSL.
Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Copado and Git.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues within the Salesforce environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and actively participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, Aura Framework
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Salesforce Flows
Salesforce APIs, data modeling, and record sharing
Git and version control tools
Working knowledge of Visualforce, validation rules, and Copado (or similar CI/CD tools).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; SAFe experience is a plus.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
