Job Specifications
We are seeking a Test Manager with extensive experience in financial systems testing, ideally with a finance or accounting background. This role will lead testing efforts for FIS Cash Management projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and performance across financial workflows. Experience with Workday, the Phinsys suite of products, and familiarity with Acumen and PAS systems is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and lead the testing strategy for FIS Cash Management implementations.
Manage a team of testers and coordinate with finance, development, and business stakeholders.
Hands on in creating test Strategy, test Plan, SIT Plan, UAT Plan, End to End Test Scenarios for SIT, UAT
Support UAT and production readiness activities.
Oversee test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
Validate financial workflows including cash flow, reconciliation, accounting entries, and reporting.
Ensure seamless integration and data flow between FIS Cash Management, Workday, and Phinsys products.
Monitor and validate data movement across systems including Acumen and PAS.
Document defects and track them to closure using tools like JIRA
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a Test Manager role.
Strong domain expertise in financial systems, preferably with a finance/accounting background.
Hands-on experience with:
Workday (financial modules)
Phinsys suite of products, including:
Tandem – Finance data warehouse and close management
Rapport – Rules-based calculations and allocations
LedgerBridge – Accounting rules and ledger integration
BordereauHub – Bordereau processing and regulatory reporting
Insight – Management reporting and analytics
Familiarity with Acumen DB and PAS systems is a plus.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
ISTQB Advanced certification or equivalent is preferred.
Mainly accounting, bank to bank transaction mainly , back end operations, General ledger releated, sub leaguer, recolliations, control accounts, invoice transaction, treasure management imp - specific tools not that big constraint and mainly insurance background is a must )
