About the role

As the Manager of IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity, you will lead the strategic development and management of our organization's technology backbone, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure IT systems that support business objectives. You will oversee a diverse team of technical professionals and manage key vendor relationships to deliver reliable infrastructure services across cloud and on-premise environments. Your role will be critical in implementing comprehensive cybersecurity measures to protect our digital assets, driving initiatives in vulnerability management, incident response, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will spearhead major IT projects, including system migrations and technology upgrades, while developing disaster recovery and business continuity plans to safeguard operations. This leadership position demands a forward-thinking approach to technology and security, combined with strong communication and project management skills to align IT capabilities with organizational goals.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute a comprehensive IT infrastructure and cybersecurity strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives and growth plans.
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Oversee the management and optimization of cloud and on-premise systems, networks, servers, and software to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
Implement and maintain advanced cybersecurity measures, including vulnerability assessments, incident response protocols, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Manage key IT projects from initiation to completion, such as system migrations and technology upgrades, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Design and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to safeguard critical business operations during emergencies.
Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services.
Monitor and report on information security metrics and compliance status to senior leadership and regulatory bodies.

What we're looking for

Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating technical teams to achieve strategic goals.
Deep expertise in IT infrastructure technologies, including Windows servers, Active Directory, VMware, and cloud platforms such as Azure.
Strong cybersecurity knowledge, with a track record of implementing security controls, conducting vulnerability assessments, and managing incident response.
Excellent project management skills, capable of overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects from initiation through successful completion.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, and report on security metrics.
Experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning to ensure operational resilience.
Ability to align IT strategies with business objectives while managing budgets and financial resources efficiently.

What you'll need

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure technologies, including Windows servers, Active Directory, VMware, and cloud platforms such as Azure
Proven expertise in cybersecurity, with hands-on experience developing and implementing security controls and managing incident response
Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including leading technical teams and managing vendor relationships effectively
Strong project management experience, particularly with large-scale infrastructure projects from initiation through completion
In-depth knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity planning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Experience with IT budgeting and financial management
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are highly desirable
