We’re supporting a leading financial services organisation in hiring multiple professionals into its Technology & Change Risk function within the Second Line of Defence (2LoD).

These roles sit at the heart of the firm’s technology and transformation agenda, providing independent oversight and challenge across IT, data, change and operational resilience risk. Working closely with senior technology and business leaders, you’ll help shape risk frameworks, influence major programmes and strengthen overall resilience.

What you’ll do:

Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on technology and change risk.
Provide oversight of IT risk, information security and data governance.
Lead or contribute to reviews of major change and resilience initiatives.
Support regulatory and assurance activities across the enterprise.

What we’re looking for:

Background in tech, change or operational risk within financial services.
Strong understanding of PRA/FCA expectations, DORA and resilience frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Professional certifications (CISA, CRISC, CISSP, PRINCE2) are desirable but not essential.
