About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our IT Portfolio Management team on a 6-month contract. You'll lead end-to-end delivery of IT and business transformation projects-driving planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and alignment to strategic outcomes. This role suits a delivery-focused PM with proven experience in both agile and traditional project environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of software, product, and infrastructure projects
- Manage scope, risks, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations
- Implement effective change and business adoption strategies
- Produce clear project documentation and progress reports
- Engage in all agile ceremonies and support backlog prioritisation
- Coach and motivate project teams to deliver value-driven results

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven Project Management experience in Professional, Financial, or Commercial sectors
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Prince2, and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills (technical & non-technical)
- Background delivering Finance, HR, Cyber, AI, SaaS, or data integration projects
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and commercial skills
