Job Title: Salesforce Solutions Architect

Location: Atlanta,GA / Miami,FL (Onsite 3 days a week)

Job Type: Full-Time / W2 Contract

Key Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions that align with enterprise standards and CoE governance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integrations and process automations.
Define and enforce architectural principles, standards, and reusable components.
Lead technical design discussions, providing high-level architectural guidance and recommendations.
Support platform innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of overall Salesforce experience, with 3–5 years as a Salesforce Architect.
Strong expertise in Vlocity (OmniStudio) and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
Experience with AWS Connect or Service Cloud Voice (SCV).
Proven ability to engage in high-level architectural discussions proactively.
Salesforce certifications are required (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or equivalent).
