Title: Data Quality Analyst
Location: Erlanger KY, 5 days a week onsite
Duration: 6 month contract
Rate: $35/hr W2Position Summary
The Data Quality Analyst serves as the Subject Matter Expert for data management and data quality within the organization’s CRM system. This role is responsible for ensuring that data policies and quality standards are consistently maintained, while supporting the broader business strategy through reliable and actionable data. The analyst will work closely with CRM stakeholders, business units, and technical teams to establish governance, perform regular data integrity checks, and provide insights and recommendations to improve data accuracy and usability.Key Responsibilities
Serve as the SME for data management and data quality within the CRM system.
Assist in the development and execution of the Strategic Roadmap for the CRM System.
Understand organizational and business strategies to align data management recommendations accordingly.
Take ownership of assigned items and drive them to resolution.
Communicate data and data quality impacts to project deliverables and CRM functionality to the CRM System Manager.
Collaborate with CRM business owners to establish and enforce data policies and procedures.
Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly data integrity checks and monitoring processes.
Identify areas of concern related to data accuracy or consistency and work cross-functionally to resolve or mitigate them.
Participate in project planning sessions, providing recommendations related to data management and data quality.
Support project validation, testing, and post-deployment data verification activities.
Must Have Requirements
3–5 years of experience in business analysis, software development, business intelligence, or database management, with a focus on data management and data quality.
Demonstrated experience managing data quality within CRM systems, preferably Blackbaud CRM.
Strong proficiency in SQL
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex data and technical environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Blackbaud CRM or similar CRM platforms.
Experience with SSIS
