Job Specifications

We’re looking for a Technical Advisor to join our client’s technology team. In this senior advisory role, you will guide and validate the design and implementation of modern, scalable, and secure cloud-native architectures. You’ll serve as a trusted technical authority, supporting teams in delivering high-performance, resilient systems that align with enterprise and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Advise on Kubernetes and cloud architectures with a focus on scalability, resilience, and security
Review and validate solution designs, deployment models, and CI/CD pipelines
Define and uphold technical standards for APIs, observability, and infrastructure-as-code
Support troubleshooting and performance optimization of complex, business-critical systems
Coach developers, architects, and analysts to promote best practices and continuous learning
Contribute to architectural governance and ensure consistency with enterprise standards
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance modernization and innovation initiatives
Participate in design reviews and provide guidance across multidisciplinary technical teams

Profile

Minimum of 15 years of professional experience as a Java developer or software architect
At least 10 years of experience designing and implementing microservices-based architectures
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) integrating with SaaS platforms and cloud ecosystems
Deep understanding of Java and its frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate)
Solid expertise in designing clean, secure, and reusable REST APIs
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native design principles
Familiarity with CI/CD practices, observability tools, and infrastructure automation (IaC)
Experience in high-performance, distributed system design and fast prototyping for critical applications
Exposure to the public transport or large-scale infrastructure domain is a plus
Excellent communication skills with C1-level proficiency in spoken and written English
