What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Perform incident resolution through analysis and technology support
Conduct daily health checks and monitoring of systems
Manage operational status reports, metrics, and SLA management
Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and facilitate knowledge transition
Support auditing and reporting efforts, contributing to health equity initiatives

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum 7+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, specifically in Identity and Access Management
Deep understanding of Access Management protocols such as OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML2.0
Hands-on experience in user authentication and authorization implementation using Transmit Security
Proficient in Java/J2EE technologies and REST API development using Java Spring Framework
Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues collaboratively with developers

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra
Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor in customer interactions
Proven ability to plan and execute deliverables effectively
Critical thinking skills to analyze issues and recommend improvements
