Job Summary:

Join our customer’s team as a Frontend Developer, where you’ll craft high-quality, visually appealing Android interfaces using Kotlin. In this role, you’ll pioneer the use of AI-powered developer tools like Cursor in your daily coding workflow. Collaborate with an innovative team to build exceptional digital experiences and contribute to shaping the next generation of AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and refine application components using Kotlin (Android).
Implement new features and ensure seamless cross-platform integration.
Continuously test and provide detailed feedback on alpha AI models within Cursor, experimenting in real coding scenarios.
Document and submit thorough incident reports, bug traces, and screenshots of issues encountered during testing.
Collaborate with the AI research team via Slack, sharing insights and proposing model improvements.
Participate in post-testing surveys to share your overall impressions and recommendations for enhancement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years of professional experience in frontend/UI development, with strong expertise in Kotlin.
Proven ability to deliver pixel-perfect, high-quality Android user interfaces.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and precision in reporting.
Demonstrated experience with layout fixes, style refactoring, and modern UI/UX trends.
Enthusiasm for hands-on coding, rapid prototyping, and experimenting with AI-assisted workflows.
High degree of initiative, self-motivation, and accountability in remote, collaborative environments.
