Position: Family Medicine / Primary Care Physician

Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $130-$170/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Flexible, part-time or full-time availability

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including preventive, acute, and chronic care management.
Conduct health assessments, routine check-ups, and personalized treatment planning.
Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, injuries, and long-term conditions using evidence-based practices.
Promote health education, disease prevention, and patient-centered wellness programs.
Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
Maintain accurate and complete medical documentation in compliance with applicable healthcare regulations.

Requirements

Medical degree (MD or DO) with specialization in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Valid medical license to practice in applicable jurisdiction.
Demonstrated experience in both preventive and acute care environments.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient advocacy skills.
