Project Manager > Senior Salesforce (36-Month Contract)

About the Role

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering impactful Salesforce solutions? We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead and optimise a Salesforce implementation and development initiatives over a 36-month period. You’ll play a key role in ensuring project excellence, quality delivery, and continuous improvement across CRM and Case Management solutions.

In this role, you’ll:

Lead and coordinate Salesforce development and optimisation projects.
Ensure delivered solutions meet established quality standards and business requirements.
Drive process improvement and best practices in project management.
Stay on top of Salesforce innovations and translate insights into organizational value.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.

What We Need

5+ years’ experience as a Senior Project Manager in development or infrastructure projects.
Strong background in Salesforce implementation, with at least 3 years leading Salesforce programs.
Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM, Case Management, and related data integration and migration processes.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Prince2, PMBOK, or equivalent), ideally backed by certification.
Familiarity with ITIL principles and best practices.
Advanced skills in MS Project and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluency in Dutch (CEFR level C2).

Bonus skills:

Experience working on public sector projects.
Proven ability in contract and vendor management.
Strong resource allocation and performance monitoring capabilities.
Salesforce certifications or equivalent credentials.
