Job Specifications

We are looking an OT Security expert to strengthen the cybersecurity of industrial systems across multiple European sites by coordinating regional security actions and ensuring compliance with industrial security policies.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the interface between local business units and central IT/OT teams
Ensure compliance with industrial security policies by monitoring the implementation of security measures
Coordinate cybersecurity actions across regional sites to strengthen OT/ICS security
Provide regional incident coordination and follow up on remediation plans
Monitor and support the implementation of preventive security measures tailored to industrial environments

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven expertise in OT Security
Strong knowledge of IT and OT networking, including OT-specific technologies such as ISC/SCADA systems
Solid understanding of ISA/IEC 62443 standards
Ability to act as a liaison between local operational teams (labs, shopfloor, facility management) and central IT/OT management
