Your future role

As a National Sales Manager, you will lead a motivated team of Key Account Managers. You’ll develop and implement commercial strategies that drive the success of our client – a major player in the pharmaceutical industry. You know exactly how to approach, influence, and engage with medical professionals (gastroenterologists, dermatologists, general practitioners...).

You are not only a team leader but also a crucial link between strategy and execution. You effortlessly turn market insights into concrete, results-driven actions.

Coach, motivate, and elevate your team toward excellence.
Apply situational leadership while aligning your vision with future goals.
Foster a culture of openness, accountability, and initiative.

Strategy & Commercial Growth

Design and execute a regional action plan aligned with the company’s global strategy.
Actively contribute to market share growth and the achievement of commercial objectives.
Monitor market developments closely and proactively respond with innovative solutions.

Relationship Management & Client Focus

Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals in your region.
Collaborate closely with marketing and medical teams to implement an effective omnichannel strategy.

Your professional selfie

Minimum of 5 years’ commercial experience in the pharmaceutical sector

At least 2 years’ experience in a team management role

Strong knowledge of the Belgian healthcare system and pharmaceutical market

Fluent in French and Dutch, with a good command of English

Proven leadership and coaching skills

Strategic thinker with a proactive and decision-oriented mindset
