We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Vendor Manager to lead the operational and strategic management of our global technology vendor ecosystem. This role is pivotal in overseeing the end-to-end vendor lifecycle, driving cost optimization, ensuring governance and compliance, and strengthening partnerships across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure, software, cloud, and emerging technology providers.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic insight with strong operational execution, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across Technology, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Procurement to deliver measurable value and maintain best-in-class vendor performance.
Key Responsibilities
Own and continuously improve the technology vendor governance framework across the organization.
Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with strategic vendors to drive innovation, accountability, and performance.
Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics to ensure consistent delivery and value realization.
Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, redlining, execution, and renewal.
Drive commercial negotiations, ensuring terms are financially sound, compliant, and risk-appropriate.
Partner with Legal and Sourcing to align vendor contracts with corporate and regulatory requirements.
Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and assigned vendors.
Partner cross-functionally with Technology, Security, Finance, and Procurement to align vendor performance with organizational objectives.
Act as an escalation point for vendor-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Conduct vendor risk assessments in coordination with Security and Risk Management teams.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and external regulations, including SOX and GDPR.
Identify and execute cost-saving, consolidation, and service optimization opportunities through strategic sourcing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in vendor management, IT procurement, or contract negotiation.
Strong understanding of technology domains, including cloud, SaaS, telecom, and infrastructure.
Proven success managing multi-million-dollar vendor portfolios.
Demonstrated ability to lead governance frameworks and conduct cross-functional business reviews.
Preferred Skills
Experience with enterprise tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Oracle, or SAP.
Familiarity with vendor risk management frameworks and financial due diligence.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
High emotional intelligence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Experience within the media or entertainment industry is a plus.

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $77 - $87/ per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
