STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, and more including internationally in Mexico and India
We're looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager to help small and medium businesses transform how they advertise on TV and Connected TV (CTV). You'll support clients using a cutting-edge self-serve Ads Manager platform-empowering them to create, manage, and optimize impactful campaigns that reach audiences across television and streaming.
In this role, you'll act as the primary point of contact for high-value SMB customers, guiding them through onboarding, engagement, and campaign success. You'll also play a key role in shaping a growing Customer Success organization by bringing creativity, structure, and energy to every interaction.
Key Responsibilities

Manage customer relationships to drive activation, adoption, and retention.
Onboard new SMB advertisers and build tailored engagement strategies.
Serve as an Ads Manager platform expert, advising on best practices and campaign optimizations.
Own individual renewal and revenue goals for self-serve advertisers.
Maintain an active cadence of calls, meetings, and communications through Salesforce to manage the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales.
Background in advertising, media, or marketing technology preferred.
Knowledge of digital advertising and campaign optimization.
Strong communication skills via phone, Zoom, and email.
Bachelor's degree required.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $30 - $32 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered
