Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for digital, operational, and regulatory projects.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process models.
Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed solutions.
Develop and maintain process maps, data flow diagrams, and business rules.
Support system integration, data migration, and testing (UAT and SIT) activities.
Engage in regulatory compliance and market reform initiatives (e.g., Ofgem, Smart Metering, RIIO frameworks).
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements validation sessions.
Work with technical teams to ensure solutions align with industry standards, customer experience goals, and business objectives.
Prepare documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Change Requests.
Support project delivery, risk management, and post-implementation reviews.
