Solutions Architect | CRM, D365, Azure | £600-700 Inside | 2 days p/week in London

Role Overview

You will define and assure solution architecture across CRM, customer data platforms, and marketing technology ecosystems. Working within Agile delivery squads, you’ll guide onshore/offshore technical teams, ensure alignment with enterprise architecture strategy, and lead technical design governance. The role includes working closely with product, data and engineering teams to design scalable, cloud-based solutions and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Own solution architecture design across CRM, CDP, campaign and marketing platforms.
Lead advisory and assurance across delivery lifecycles, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
Evaluate, integrate and implement SaaS/COTS platforms (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, composable MarTech solutions).
Define architectural standards, integration patterns and technical documentation.
Collaborate with engineering teams, chairing Technical Design Authority forums.
Support modern cloud-based (Azure/AWS) architecture patterns and data integration strategies.

Key Skills & Experience

10+ years in Solution Architecture or senior technical design roles.
Proven delivery of CRM and MarTech/CDP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
Experience with cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS or GCP).
Strong understanding of SaaS/COTS implementations and integration patterns.
Familiarity with Agile delivery (Scrum) and enterprise-level governance models.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
