Are you passionate about leading projects from concept to completion and seeing your ideas take shape in the real world?

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic, hands-on environment onsite in Lyon.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage projects from design to delivery — budget, timing, and quality.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction at every stage.
Coordinate internal teams (technical, financial, operational).
Prepare technical and commercial offers, and lead negotiations with clients.
Supervise on-site operations and ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards.
Monitor project progress, risks, and costs, and ensure continuous improvement through post-project feedback (REX).

Required Skills & Experience:

Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field (Bachelor’s/Master’s).
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing complex projects — ideally in an industrial or technical setting.
Proficiency with MS Office and project planning tools (MS Project or equivalent).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Strong technical understanding and hands-on approach.
Fluent in French and English.
Availability: full-time onsite in Lyon (no remote or relocation package).

Contract: Permanent, Full-time, 100% onsite
