Job Summary

We're hiring French-speaking Sales Development Representatives to support fast-growing IT and tech companies in expanding their reach in French-speaking markets. In this fully remote role, you'll be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead generation, and booking discovery calls for software and technology solutions. This is a high-impact position ideal for candidates with experience selling IT services, SaaS platforms, or B2B technology products.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling in French-speaking regions
Identify and qualify leads within the IT and tech sectors, including SaaS, cybersecurity, and cloud services
Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine ICP and outreach messaging
Use CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, PipeDrive) to track leads and pipeline activity
Maintain a strong understanding of your client's product offerings and value propositions
Achieve and exceed KPIs including meetings booked, outreach volume, and conversion rates

Requirements

Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken)
1-3 years of B2B outbound sales experience, in the IT, SaaS, or tech industry
Proven track record of generating leads and booking qualified meetings in a tech-focused environment
Comfortable discussing technical products and value propositions with decision-makers
Experience working with CRMs and sales enablement tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with strong time management and organisational skills
Bonus: Familiarity with IT services (e.g., cloud, MSP, cybersecurity) or technical sales training
