Role Description
We're looking for a creative, fast-thinking, highly organized Social Media Content Manager who knows how to drive engagement across multiple platforms and grow our audience. We connect with millions of fans daily across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Reddit, Facebook, and Twitter.
What You’ll Do:
Manage daily content across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Reddit, Facebook, and Twitter
Plan, schedule, and publish both short-form and long-form content
Organize and repurpose our archive of show clips, behind-the-scenes footage, and interviews
Collaborate with video editors, graphic designers, and copywriters to create high-impact posts
Track audience engagement and platform insights to refine strategy
Stay current with trends, memes, and algorithm changes across all platforms
Propose new content formats, creative ideas, and engagement campaigns
What We’re Looking For:
4+ years in social media management, digital content, or entertainment marketing
Strong understanding of comedy, audience psychology, and viral content mechanics
Excellent writing and communication skills
Proven ability to manage content calendars and production pipelines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds and tight deadlines
Location: West Hollywood

Salary: $65,000 to $70,000 per year
P.S. Our brand reaches audiences globally across multiple time zones. We need someone highly organized and reliable who can manage content scheduling for early morning and late-night posts to ensure we connect with international markets at optimal times.
