The Role

The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business and technical teams.

Serve as the initial point of contact to manage expectations and identify key requirements
Develop business cases and benefits analysis for new initiatives
Document existing business processes and recommend improvements
Build solid relationships with stakeholders for alignment on key initiatives
Analyse and document 'As-Is', 'To-Be', and 'Gap' processes
Translate technical requirements for non-technical audiences
Assist in research and development of system solutions
Create functional requirements documents and support testing phases
Collaborate with the Project Delivery Lead to enhance the Business Analysis framework

The Candidate

The ideal Business Analyst candidate will have:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
A formal BA qualification
Proficiency in Use cases, User stories, and Activity diagrams
Experience with document assembly tools and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with project delivery methodologies like PRINCE2 or Agile
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service orientation
Ability to mentor junior team members and work collaboratively
