About the Company

Our client, an internationally-renowned Not-for-Profit / Cause-Based organization, Raising The Village, is looking to hire a Director of Product Development (Director of Software Engineering).

About the Role

This role focuses on engineering leadership and technical delivery across multiple applications and systems, ensuring they scale reliably across different geographies, contexts, and user groups. The Director will also be responsible for establishing a Center of Excellence (CoE) for Product Development to define and maintain standards, best practices, and frameworks as RTV expands.
