Your Role And Responsibilities
We’re looking for a curious, motivated, and people-oriented intern to join IBM’s Salesforce practice, supporting our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and technology consulting — with the potential to explore a long-term career in Salesforce and digital transformation.As an intern, you’ll work closely with the GTM team to support campaigns, events, and client initiatives, while also learning how IBM helps organizations leverage Salesforce to transform the way they connect with their customers, employees citizens and partners.What You’ll Do:
Support marketing and sales initiatives within the GTM team, including campaigns, client events, and enablement activities
Assist with the creation of presentations, reports, and Salesforce-related assets
Conduct research to support client and industry insights, competitive positioning, and thought leadership
Collaborate with team members across sales, marketing, and consulting to understand how we bring Salesforce solutions to life for clients
Learn how Salesforce technology helps people and organizations work smarter, and explore opportunities to build future skills in this space

This position is open to applicants who reside in Toronto and is open to applicants seeking a 4-month internship work term, commencing in Jan 2026. It is mandatory that all applicants are enrolled in full-time studies at a post-secondary institution and returning to full-time studies upon completion of their work term.

Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Currently enrolled in a Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related program
Coursework or experience in sales, marketing, or business strategy is an asset
Strong written communication skills, demonstrated through essays, reports, or presentations
Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business-related roles (co-op, internships, or extracurricular involvement) is an asset
Comfortable working with data, research, and technology tools (Salesforce or CRM exposure is a plus, but not required)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine passion for people and technology
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
A passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view
