Our client, a premier name in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Talent and Recruiting Transformation Project Manager to lead the delivery of the Talent Management and Talent Acquisition workstreams within a large-scale, multi-year Oracle HCM implementation. This individual will coordinate project plans, oversee documentation, and ensure alignment across multiple HR functions to enable a seamless rollout of key talent systems.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the Talent Management and Recruiting workstreams, driving progress, communication, and accountability across all project phases.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, and manage dependencies and risks to ensure on-time delivery.
Facilitate process mapping and future-state design sessions to align business requirements with the Oracle HCM solution.
Collaborate closely with the Core HR, Compensation, and Change Management teams to ensure interdependencies are well managed and escalations are addressed promptly.
Lead the creation of communication materials and stakeholder engagement plans to maintain clarity and alignment across global teams.
Monitor performance indicators and project metrics to measure implementation success and identify areas for improvement.
Support end-to-end testing, validation, and go-live readiness for Talent and Recruiting modules.

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of experience in project management or HR transformation, preferably within large or global organizations.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple workstreams with cross-functional teams.
In-depth understanding of Talent and Recruiting operations, processes, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project).
Exposure to HR technology implementations (Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, or ATS platforms) preferred.
Proven ability to create clear process documentation and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a focus on executive reporting and engagement.
