Business Analyst – Application Development (Healthcare | Agile)

Location: Hybrid – Menands & Albany, NY

Duration: 6+ Months | Contract

We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Agile expertise and deep knowledge of Healthcare, Medicaid, and Health Exchange systems to support enterprise application development initiatives.

Key Requirements:

6+ years as a Business Analyst on application development projects.
Proven experience in Agile environments.
2+ years in Healthcare, Medicaid, or Health Exchange domains.
Skilled in requirements gathering, documentation, and traceability.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

ACA experience (Eligibility, Enrollment, Notices).
Knowledge of state/federal compliance — NY State a plus.
