Thousands of homes and businesses already use our platform — now we’re scaling, and we’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help lead the next phase of growth.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to take ownership of full lifecycle development — from architecture and design through to deployment and optimisation. You’ll be working across both the front and back end, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to build products that directly impact the future of energy.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role with real autonomy and room to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Build and Own

Develop scalable web applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js
Design and maintain secure, high-performance RESTful APIs
Lead architectural decisions across the full stack
Own features end-to-end, from planning through to production

Collaborate

Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and engineers
Align technical solutions with business needs
Integrate cloud-based services, primarily AWS

Improve

Identify and implement performance and security improvements
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices
Stay current with industry trends and recommend new technologies

What We’re Looking For

Strong commercial experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, and JavaScript
Solid understanding of back-end development and API design
Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding practices
Proven ability to work independently and within a fast-paced, agile team
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
