Job Title: MuleSoft Integration Support Engineer
Location: Fort Mill, SC (100% Onsite)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled MuleSoft Integration Support Engineer to provide advanced support, monitoring, and troubleshooting for enterprise integration platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with MuleSoft and Azure Integration Services (AIS), along with expertise in API systems, SSO integrations, and performance monitoring tools.
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Fort Mill, SC, requiring strong technical problem-solving abilities, collaboration skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced technical support and root cause analysis for complex MuleSoft integration and performance issues.
Manage, maintain, and support enterprise API platforms to ensure reliability, stability, and seamless integration across systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to MuleSoft applications, data flows, and related system integrations.
Collaborate with developers and architects to identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization solutions.
Oversee integration touchpoints between MuleSoft and external systems such as Salesforce, SSO, and LDAP.
Utilize Dynatrace and Splunk for monitoring, alerting, and incident response to maintain platform health and availability.
Automate recurring tasks and optimize support operations using Python or similar scripting tools.
Lead and participate in incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and remediation planning to minimize downtime.
Conduct daily system health checks, manage incidents, and escalate as required for resolution.
Drive improvements in monitoring, alerting, and support efficiency through process automation and documentation.
Participate in deployment planning and assist with production cutovers to minimize business disruption.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices for proactive system maintenance and issue prevention.
Required Skills & Experience:
7–10 years of hands-on experience in MuleSoft integration development and support.
Strong understanding of integration architecture, data flows, and API lifecycle management.
Proven experience with Azure Integration Services (AIS) or similar cloud integration tools.
Proficiency in REST API integration, SSO, LDAP, and Salesforce connectivity.
Expertise with monitoring and troubleshooting tools like Dynatrace and Splunk.
Working knowledge of Python scripting for automation and support tasks.
Familiarity with retail or e-commerce domain integrations (preferred).
Excellent analytical, communication, and incident management skills.
Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud-based API security, performance tuning, and observability.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and DevOps best practices for integration pipelines.
Prior exposure to major incident management and 24x7 operational environments.
